I think these seem interesting as sort of pure files. They show as files, produce "errors" on the player, and make intervals, in-betweens, that live in the time before some other stuff happens. In the specific case of
video file generating, the time before Functional recordings occur.

Here, I think, there might be a sort of an example of difference between Function and operation.
All functions operate.
Operations can be some functions.
Operations need not be functional to be. They might fancy functions for getting a longer chance at being. However - that is the trade off:
An operation can be free and arbitrary, while accepting the possibility of functional negativity. Hence the possibility of being short on time.
That is a possibility that might be negated by functionality. However, that addition of Having a function, and having to operate in certain way within given restrictions
e.g. a file having to show some video, might allow more time - but at the same act, negates the freedom of being just an operation.
